Our Campuses

Hambleton

About Hambleton Campus

Our Hambleton Campus is located at Northdale Horticulture which means that should you learn with us, you will benefit from lots of fantastic facilities including a nursery where our green-fingered learners grow plants, cut lawns and get their hands muddy.

For those with a passion for baking, our onsite tearoom is a haven where learners can prepare cakes and hot meals to serve to the public, honing their customer-care skills and fostering independent living.

Working in partnership with Northdale means that learners have access to The Studio; an arts and crafts facility which produces a wide range of crafts and gifts, which are sold via Northdale’s popular gift shop.

Our Hambleton Campus really focuses on being creative and developing skills by getting stuck in, that’s why we offer Team Fix It; an initiative focusing on maintenance and property repair jobs.

Additionally, we have The Forge, where students can work under supervision to acquire metal and woodworking skills.

We also work with several partners including Chopsticks who provide supported work experience, Pendragon who provide music therapy, ABLE who support independent living and Breathing Space who offer an extra-curricular social activities service on evenings and weekends.

Selby

About Selby Campus

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Selby, our Selby PLC campus at Community House on Portholme Road embodies a true sense of togetherness, where community spirit thrives.

By being in Community House, our learners share space with a variety of community groups. We are not just occupying a building, we are part of its foundations, developing meaningful connections and a true sense of belonging.

At Selby PLC, Fridays are all about bringing people together at our social café, where learners serve drinks, bake delicious treats, and connect with the friends they’ve made within the building.
We encourage our learners to get out and about and experience the fantastic museums and experiences we have around us. You will often find us in York and Leeds where we love to visit the most recent exhibitions, WonderLab and Maths City.

A little closer to home, we encourage our learners to live healthy lifestyles, that’s why we take part in Physical Fridays at the local leisure centre where we play volleyball, pickle ball and soon, swimming.

Looking ahead, our future is growing…literally! With an allotment project in the works, learners will cultivate fresh produce, transforming homegrown plants and vegetables into delicious creations sold through our enterprise initiative.

Harrogate

About Harrogate Campus

Located in Starbeck, our Harrogate campus offers a welcoming environment with fantastic facilities designed to support both learning and wellbeing.

Learners can enjoy our large garden, perfect for exploring the outdoors or enjoying a friendly game of football or basketball. We are especially proud of our new sensory garden, co-created by our learners, which includes a wheelchair-accessible swing to support sensory regulation and enjoyment for all.

As the weather warms, we open our much-loved outdoor classroom, giving learners the chance to engage with nature while continuing their studies in a fresh and stimulating setting.

We are fortunate to be part of a vibrant local community. The nearby church hall is regularly used for sports sessions and hosts the seasonal fairs that our learners help organise – building confidence, teamwork, and real-world experience.

To support future pathways, we collaborate with a range of local providers to offer supported work placements in areas such as hospitality, retail, and housekeeping, helping learners gain valuable skills and prepare for life beyond college.

Scarborough

About Scarborough Campus

Situated on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast, our Scarborough campus offers learners a unique opportunity to connect with the natural environment, including dipping their toes in the refreshing waters of the North Sea!

We are proud to partner with The Wave Project, a national initiative that supports young people’s mental health and wellbeing through surfing. Learners begin their journey in a local gym, building the core skills needed for surfing, before heading to the beach to put them into practice. Thanks to adaptive surfboards, every learner can take part, regardless of ability.

Once they complete the course, learners are invited to join The Wave Project’s weekly surf sessions, and some even go on to volunteer, supporting others on their journey.

We also work with Everyone Active, who provide inclusive circuit training and swimming sessions, helping our learners stay active, build confidence, and develop healthy habits in a supportive environment
