Harrogate Learners get in the Christmas Spirit

Learners from our Harrogate Employability group recently took part in a heartwarming project with Samaritan’s Purse, focusing on their Operation Christmas Child initiative. As part of the activity, each learner carefully selected and purchased items to fill a shoebox for a child in need. These boxes, collected across the UK, will soon be on their way to countries including Ukraine, Moldova, Albania, Malawi, Ghana, the Balkans, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, West Africa, and the Middle East.
The group embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, describing it as a meaningful and worthwhile cause. To complete the journey, learners travelled together to deliver their shoeboxes to the designated drop-off point at a local church in Bilton, Harrogate.

Well done everyone!
