A typical day at the Personalised Learning College is full of fun, creativity, and meaningful learning. Every moment is designed to help our learners grow in confidence, build independence, and enjoy their journey into adulthood.
From the moment learners arrive, they’re welcomed by our friendly and supportive team, who are there every step of the way to offer encouragement, guidance, and care. No two days are the same, but each one is packed with opportunities to explore new interests and develop life skills.
We take a sensory approach to learning, making sure activities are engaging and accessible for all. We also place a strong focus on friendship and social development, helping learners build positive relationships in a safe and supportive environment.
As much as we love spending time in our fantastic facilities, it’s also important to get out and about too! That’s why we regularly go on trips and practise travel techniques as part of our curriculum. Whether it’s visiting local attractions, exploring nature, or simply learning how to use public transport safely, these experiences help build confidence and real-world skills.
Getting involved in the community is a big part of life at the Personalised Learning College. We’ve seen how much learners benefit from connecting with the world around them, making new friends, trying new things, and discovering what they’re capable of.
