Is there an opportunity to take part in activities taking place at other campuses?
Our programmes are designed to be locally based and tailored to the real-world needs of the young people we support. We focus on providing meaningful, practical learning that reflects the environments and communities our learners live in.
For example, in Scarborough, we recognise the importance of water safety due to the coastal location. As part of our provision, we ensure learners are supported to develop the knowledge and confidence to stay safe near water – a vital life skill in this area.
Due to the complex needs of our learners and the geographical distance between campuses, it isn’t always possible for learners to take part in activities held at other sites.
Instead, we ensure that each campus offers a rich and inclusive programme of activities tailored to the needs of its learners, so no one misses out on meaningful experiences.
