Specialist Careers Advice

We are committed to preparing our learners for life beyond education. Our job coaches play a key role in helping young people build the skills and confidence they need to move towards employment or further training.

In their first year, you will work with job coaches to create a vocational profile, explore their interests, and begin developing key employability skills — including CV writing and interview preparation.

In the second year, the focus shifts to real-world experience. Learners get help to find and take part in work placements, which helps them become more independent and use their skills in real-life situations.

Work experience and transition planning are also discussed as part of EHCP reviews, and we arrange visits to future providers to help learners and families make informed decisions.

Through our job coaching programme, we can help you to find and access placements that match your interests and goals, giving you a valuable head start on their future.
